The City of Thorold is reconstructing Hamilton Boulevard, Ross Street, and Thorold Avenue. Utility replacement is slated to begin in 2025 to allow for road reconstruction, and water main/storm sewer installation will follow in 2026. This project aims to renew aging underground and road infrastructure and improve overall system performance. Is it possible to get a proposed drawings in advance of the meeting to get better clarification. It’ll be difficult to be prepared with questions or concerns without it. Also, hydro was not completed in 2025 as stated in the information you provided.

There are Hydro boxes on the east side? How far from the road will the side walks be ? . This means i will lose a lot of my parking in my drive way . One of the reasons i bought the home in

Council approved the project, and the first Public Information Centre gathered initial resident feedback.
