Artisan Ridge Park Project

Artisan Ridge is a residential subdivision located in the City of Thorold, currently being developed in multiple phases. Construction for Phase 1 has been completed, while the Phase 2 portion of the subdivision construction is underway, Phase 3A and 3B are in the early planning and approval stages.

Following the Provincial Policy Statement (2014), which promotes efficient land use, strong communities, and environmental stewardship, and in support of the City’s Strategic Plan: Livable Community, the City of Thorold is preparing to begin the design of a parkland area within the subdivision. This initiative will follow the City’s Parks and Recreation Master Plan.

The proposed park may include a range of amenities; however, final features will be determined through public consultation and will be subject to available funding.

The City of Thorold is hosting the first Public Information Centre (PIC #1) for the Artisan Park Project on July 14, 2025, at the Municipal Operations Centre from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This event aims to gather feedback from residents on the proposed park design and amenities for the Artisan Park Project.
