Urban Roads Resurfacing and Traffic Calming

This project was initiated to reconstruct Queen Street North from Water Street to Albert Street. This year, the program will also include the construction of 2 speed humps at Uppers Lane as part of Traffic-Calming measures that will enhance local residents' safety.

Urban roads project locations:

• Queen Street North between Water Street and Albert Street West
• City of Thorold’s Arena Parking Lot (70 Front St N, Thorold)
• Uppers Lane Traffic Calming (west of Homestead Way)
