Council approved and awarded the concept design for the New Mausoleum to Raimondo and Associates Architects Inc. (the consultant). The preferred 3D rendering was based on public feedback and design requirements. The utility services are currently being upgraded as part of the Lakeview Admin Building Renovation Project by the City’s retained contractor/consultant that will also feed the New Mausoleum Building.

Target start of construction: Spring 2025
