Battle of Beaverdams Splash Pad

The City of Thorold is proposing the design and construction of a new splashpad at Battle of Beaverdams Park to enhance recreational amenities for residents and families. This project aims to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging water play area that will serve children, families, and people of all abilities while complementing the park’s existing rich features.

The splashpad will feature a variety of interactive water features to encourage active outdoor recreation and serve as a vibrant gathering space for the community. The selection of the proposed splashpad features will consider feedback from residents and all applicable stakeholders. This communication and engagement will be completed through the Public Information Centre (PIC) meeting.

This project is currently in the planning and design phase. Public input is an important part of the process, and residents are invited to attend the PIC, participate, and provide feedback on the proposed splashpad layout and features prior to construction.
