A Public Information Centre (PIC) has been arranged to provide an opportunity for individuals, interest groups, and agencies to give feedback on the declared surplus properties at 7 and 11 River Street in Port Robinson East.

We aim to gain a clear understanding of community expectations, ensuring that all related concerns are addressed and feedback is documented regarding the former Fire Station #3.

City of Thorold staff will be present to answer questions and discuss the topic.

Zoning for each address is as follows:

    Thorold City Council has declared 7 and 11 River Street, formerly Fire Station #3, as surplus land and is seeking community feedback to determine next steps. 

    After careful review, City Council has made the decision that former Fire Station #3 no longer has operational use. 

    Your feedback will be taken into consideration by Council and used to determine next steps for the future of the property.

    Survey will be available until 11:59 p.m. on November 11th, 2025.
