In accordance with the Municipal Engineers Association’s (MEA) Municipal Class Environmental Assessment, this study has been carried out as a Schedule B. The preferred roadway design option was selected, and a detailed design was completed by Associated Engineering. Accommodations were made to include initial comments received at a Public Information Centre held on February 18, 2020. A total of four Public Information Centre's were held to listen to resident's feedback during the construction. Phase One was completed ahead of schedule on December 14, 2023.
